Outstanding Service and Genuine Hospitality from Gents and the Good Auto Team

I recently worked with Gents at Good Auto to purchase a 2014 RAV4 for my 21 year old college senior, and the entire experience was outstanding. Gents remained incredibly accommodating and professional, answering all of our questions with patience and care. His excellent demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference, especially since we were from out of state and unfamiliar with the local process. Not only was Gents great to work with, but everyone at Good Auto, including their sister company Franklin Auto, was over-the-top hospitable and eager to help us find the right solution. They truly made us feel like valued customers and ensured everything was as smooth and clear as possible. I highly recommend Gents and the entire team at Good Auto for anyone looking for a supportive, accommodating, and genuinely pleasant car-buying experience

It was overall a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Good Auto. Satisfied

All year, I was searching for the smallest minivan and multi-purpose vehicle available, and I found it at Good Auto LLC at 4 Weston Street, Hartford, CT. Daily, I park in a busy parking garage for work and (after driving 30 years in compact cars) i want to stay with a smaller vehicle. Salesman Steve answered all my questions, as did Aileen in the finance office. Good Auto made those necessary repairs identified in an independent safety check. I took my time to be sure I had the right vehicle, and I am very satisfied with this 2015 (9-year old) car. It had ~102,000 miles at purchase, and even with a few additional repairs after the purchase, I have successfully driven this Mazda5 in its first 30 days through the mountains of Massachusetts and Vermont, and the car is doing very well.
